- The competition is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Closing date for entry will be 9pm on Sunday the 22nd of September 2019. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Once a valid email address is received by Linda Jane Artist an auto response email will be generated. Upon receipt of this email you will be entered the competition. Additional entries (1each per action) can be awarded by; 1) sharing the competition post; 2) Liking the Linda Jane Artist Facebook page. Additional entries will only be awarded provided they are in addition to the completion of the aforementioned email signup.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. - The prize is as follows: 1x original art piece as pictured by the name of Maketu. the piece shall be signed and dated by the artist before delivery.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable.
- Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter
- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize will be delivered. delivery of the prize within New Zealand is complementary and included in the prize.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
